Yesterday night Thursday, November 3 my receipt, says Cynthia, but the night crew after 9pm, two girls, and a boy deliberately double charged my card twice for my order. I arrived at the pay window, gave the young lady with the ponytail my card they had my card for well over five minutes. I looked through the window to see the girl leaving the drive-through area to go to a different register while talking to the girl with the short hair, it looks as if the girl with a short hair was “assisting” the young lady who took my card to do something. We in fact know that was to double charge my card. She brings my card to the window with my receipt before I could reach for my card I asked her, “Why did she have my card so long?” She proceeds to tell me that the screen in the drive-through area froze believable, right? Before taking my card, I go to my phone and I open up my banking app. Of course, I have trouble service. I took my food and my card and I pulled forward because I didn’t want to hold up the line to get better service to double check my account. When I got to a good service area, I could clearly see that my card was charged twice. I proceeded to go back through the drive-thru, by that time there were two cars ahead of me. I waited patiently. I made eye contact with the young lady who helped me once that eye contact was made. She became very anxious and fidgety that I was back in line again. Once I got up to the window it was a full 60 seconds before someone came to the window to assist me. I tell her that my account shows that I was charged twice. She proceeds to say that she is sorry it’s been happening all day. Well , if it’s been happening all day you should be double checking to make sure it’s not happening once you noticed it happening to the first person before you send me off, she processes a refund back to me. And she might as well have giving me my money back for the meal because after that experience, my appetite was ruined. All I can say if you go to this Wienerschnitzel double check your account once you leave the drive-through to make sure that they did not double charge you. if it’s been “happening all day,” like she said. Read moreHad a very disappointing visit, trying to introduce my gf to this place, we went drive threw, she was driving so I gave her money to pay and got 6 cents back without her counting it cuz we "trust" them so we left not knowing we were short some money we didn't recieve back from our order and before exiting from wienerschnizel I went back in threw drive threw to talk about the change I didn't recieve and asked if we can please have the rest of the change they didn't give us because we only got 6 cents back so I went back to ask for my money and they "counted" the registry and said they don't owe so I nicely asked if they can count it again, same response, "we gave you the change" and I explained myself and they said they did protocol and I asked if they can please check the cameras and kept insisting and the manager said they did so I asked if I can verify the camera to see if they gave us back money and the manager lied to my face and studdered and said he did not knowing he said that they only checked the registry. Anthony whom was the one who didn't complete the change was the one who recieved me and did not give me back my change, in accident I'm sure of and I forgive him but not the franchisee and the way they handled us. They did not do what was correct and I'm very sad and disappointed that I did not get my money back. I asked for a refund from how disappointed I felt and discussed and told me they can't do that. Bad management skills, protocols, and they didn't even check the cameras. Only the registry but I'm sure they did that bad to as they had so many cars going threw that I'm sure they mistakenly counted the money wrong from how much activity was going on. I than explained I wouldn't waist my time nor theres for no reason but an ethical one. They are not Ethical. I'm to honest and very humble for these people to steal from me like I didn't earn my money. So sad and disappointed in this franchise. I have been to different winerschnitzel's in different cities and all of the ones I have been to pricing is dollars cheaper. I just wanted chili cheese fries burritos because you can eat on the go and most winerschnitzels I have been to have them priced at 1.99 each. Not this location it's 2.99 each I mean what is that about. The food was fresh but come on price point is not okay. Now that was going to be the end of my comment but oh along came sherry the manager. Poor sherry tells us really have you feel about making 20 an hr or more since you are a manager while the rest of us working at retail stores and gas stations make 16.50 an hr. Well miss sherry feels like she hates her job and the money is not enough because she was rude,short tempered,and you can see it all over her face. Now the parts about her hating her good paying job and not enough money was all me but everything else well yep you guessed it all sherry. Miss sherry needs to get it together because being a manager is more you have to leave all feelings,frustrations,and your crap at the door. Being a store manager most of my adult life I of course want to go off on people all the time but that's when being a professional comes in and stops you because it's not good for you or the company.
