After the Armageddon quality of customer service went down across Harbor Freight (just as prices went up). Drove 20 minutes to the store. Wanted to return $170 item. Got the before closing time. Was turned away because they didn't have "that much cash in their register". Huh? Who runs their business like that? I swear there is such a thing as time machine because I feel that I'm back in USSR with a 👎👎👎level of customer service that many American businesses are offering now. Ok, whatever.
