DO NOT TRUST THE BAD REVIEWS!!!

I was looking for a bridesmaid dress and searched numerous stores in Moreno Valley and Riverside. Absolutely no luck.

My husband then suggested Rosas Bridal as a last resort and I was hesitant due to the bad reviews and since it seemed small I figured they wouldn’t have too many options

Upon arriving, I was greeted by Anette, she asked what I was looking for and I told her a bridesmaid dress in color blush. She handed me magazines and pointed out options and they were all beautiful choices, she told me she would leave me to look since she didn’t want to smother me but to let her know if I had any questions. Finally, I showed her which one I wanted and she said it would arribe within two days!!! TWO DAYS! And it sure did.

When I tried on the dress, it was a bit too long and I asked how much to fix it and she said it was FREE! Wow and Lucy’s Bridal wanted to charge me 169$ for similar dress plus 50$$ for alternations.

I told her to please fix it and how long would it take, she said an additional two days! I went back tried on the dress and fit perfect! She was just so awesome and friendly and helpful! I couldn’t believe this small shop had such a big selection and how quick their turnaround time was!! I am such a happy customer and I will be back if I need to in a near future! Thank you Anette! Small place customer service is terrible the lazy over weight lady didn't want to help me look for a dress I know what style I want and I told her if she can show me some options and she point me to a table with over 12 catalog magazines and told me I had to look through them to find my dress that's her job to help me and stay she goes and sits her big ass back at her table drinking her Starbucks making calls like if I'm not there I just walked out I'll go out somewhere where there is good customer service and they do want to help me don't even bother wasting your time...

I rented 10 tables and 100 chairs for our anniversary party which will be July 2 and they assured me that they would deliver it on June 30. It is 9:00pm and no delivery yet. I am disappointed in the business manner. I hope we get the items I have a lot to do for tomorrow and I need to set up the tables and chairs today. They said they would call and they have not yet.
