Bad service today, I have been here before and have never experienced service as I did today. I ordered a Drink it was to strong and I asked to have something else. Waiter come back saying Manager said I can have something else but I would still need to pay for the one I didnt like nor drink. Due to waiter manager said that they can not give my drink to anyone else now. I asked to speak to manager manager basically told me that I can have something else but the drink that i did not like i would still have to pay for. He was rude, and said since they made the drink he will not take it off my bill. He said he would make me another drink less stronger and the one he brought me back was all syrup. Its like they just gave me a cup of syrup and ice. Of course I did not drink it. My husband still paid for it. But a good Manager or owner would at least apologize and say lets make you something different. It was not that I didnt want to pay, but I just wanted something I liked. This manager was rude, should not even be a manager. I was very upset no restaurant that I have been to has ever told me that they could not give me something different and would still need to pay for the drink I ordered. Pros: -Really good aguachiles. Both the mango and chile verde aguachiles are my go to when I go there. -Live banda music on Friday, Saturday and I want to say Thursday and Sunday too -They are open later than most marisco places
Cons: The service is not good. One time I came in and asked to be seated at the section away from the banda and no one ever came to get our order. We were sitting for about 20 minutes and the waitress just kept walking by. So we had to sit where the banda performs which can be very loud. I love banda but sometimes you want to be able to talk to the person you're with. When we moved to that section the waitress started treating us as if we were rude customers for being upset about them not serving us. I can tell she wasnt happy serving us. All this as if it was our fault for not having any service. The last time I was there, our waiter went on brake while we were still eating. Couldnt get refills, extra chips, our check, nothing. As soon as we got our food, he never came by again. Not even for our check. He stayed eating at the bar, which is fine. We're all allowed breaks when we work, but no one stepped in to take his place.
The food, the music, and the fact that theyre open late is what keeps me coming back, or else I wouldn't bother. The service makes you feel...

I took my family out to a nice meal for my own birthday, I am a fanatic of seafood , specially shrimp, so I ordered Camarones cucharachos , and this nice waitress lady (I didn’t get her name ) brought me my order, and I saw how dry my shrimp looked underneath the sauce , so I tasted the shrimp and I asked the lady why the shrimp was so dried out! She said “ this is how this dish is cooked “, she walked away, and I ate one and the shrimp , it tasted like dry burnt overcooked shrimp. Waitress came back and I told her I didn’t want it and it was not right , she took it away , I was upset that she was more concerned about making sure I knew that’s how that dish was made . when it came to pay , she charged me 27.99 for a plate I refused to eat because it horrible , the costumer service this woman offered was WORSE then the DRIED OUT , OVERCOOKED SHRIMP , anyways I paid but I promised her that because of her wrong choice she lost a loyal costumer, and she REFUSED to call a manager she said she didn’t have one !
