Get Streams — Local services in Perry Heights

Let's be clear! I give them ZERO stars! This format makes it mandatory to give at least 1. If you are looking for a company with impeccable leadership and good customer service, stay far far away from Get Streams. They do not care about customer experience AT ALL!!! Isn't the customer why you are in business? You definitely get what you pay for with this service! Lots of buffering, no communications (other than a Facebook post) when systems or servers go down, and very rude responses when you do have a question. The owner of one of the OH locations said he doesn't have time to communicate to thousands of his customers when there is an outage. Really? It's your business and your damn job to alert your customers by any means possible if the services they pay for...

We came up from Youngstown to meet owner Scott Davis, he went over there setup, programming (over 1500 channels) programmed our boxes and Fire stick for us and gave us a nice tutorial. I am excited to go home and set it up to get rid of Cable. We bought 2 boxes and the fire stick, and that includes one year of programming. After the first year it is $85 a year. Service itself is bad. People who run the service getstreams sells are bullies. You have to walk on egg shells to keep from getting kicked off their discord page.
