I got food tonight from this location and I order ahead and ordered on the app so I could just grab and go but when I had arrived I drove up to the speaker and waited for about 30 second to get a response and nothing so I spoke up and asked if they where open and still no response so I drove up to the window to get someone attention and drove up and didn't see anyone I sat there for about 2 minutes waiting for someone to help me out but no one, so I drove around again and same thing asked if they where open in the speaker no response again so I drove up to the window and there was a guy there this time. He looked like he was drying his hand possible coming back from the restroom if I had to guess, so he came to the window and helped me and when I explained to him I had a order to pick up and had to drive around twice to get no response in the speaker he heard me and he started talking to someone in the back asking if they could make my food and it seem like they where figuring out if they where making the food or not so the person in the back I guess started making are food. So we finally get are food and got back to the house and was ready to eat some hot, good taco bell and we started getting into the food and everything was luke warm/ cold it was a big disappointment (no fat stuff) but when you spend $25+ you expect it to be atleast edible and hot, and worth the money you just paid them it was the complete opposite. I do want to also point of the fact even if the guy was in the restroom there was another person there that was blatantly ignoring the drive thru dings I dont want to completely fault the gentlemen that helped me but there fact the other worker couldn't come and help us in the drive thru is just unacceptable, there need to be more sense of urgency and the person in the back just wasnt doing her job.
I went threw the drive thru at around 2:30am on the Aug 25th with a...
Read moreFirst off…I don’t want to throw any shade at the employees working tonight, especially the poor girl in the drive thru (except she forgot to give me my sauce packets, which added to my frustration just a teeny bit) because she was a peach and even gave me some free taco coupons for my inconvenience.
This location struggles to provide its full menu late at night. Not the first time I’ve placed a mobile order, waited in a long line (I was literally there 30 minutes tonight), only to be told they are out of beef. They were also out of nacho cheese this time too. I canceled my mobile order and ordered non-beef substitutes, including a chicken quesadilla. I wait some more and get to the window only to be told that they are now also out of chicken! Either don’t stay open so late or get better at ordering enough supplies to last you the full night. Such a freaking let down when you have a craving for your favorite items (I work weird hours and was hungry on my way home so no comments about “well maybe you shouldn’t be getting food that late”). Normally I don’t do this, but since it happens kinda frequently, I have to let my frustrations be known.
Again, the employees working were very apologetic and professional so kudos to them. They’re also being let down because I’m sure some folks had some choice words at some point and they don’t deserve to deal with that.
Edit: the photo uploaded was their idea of a spicy potato soft taco. A whole 4 little chunks of potato. Now I am upset with the...
Read moreGood food, terrible drive-thru experience. Tuesday 3/19/24 dinnertime, I made an order on the Taco Bell app. I drove to Taco Bell, and got in line at the drive through. There was a white SUV at the speaker, two cars behind it, then me. We all sat there while the woman in the white SUV took her time ordering what seemed to be many many many things off the menu board - or maybe she was just chatting with the order-taker. 4 full minutes went by. FINALLY, she pulled ahead, and the two cars ahead of me ordered and pulled ahead. I gave my mobile order code - but could not move up. White SUV was at the food-hand-out window. Where she sat. And sat. And sat. ELEVEN MINUTES LATER, she finally pulled away. If there had not been a tall concrete barrier (and a dropoff) to my right, I'd have left the line. At LEAST 6 cars that I could see where also trapped behind me. Seriously, Taco Bell - you have GOT to have people like that with (presumably) large orders pull around and park. I have never spent over 15 minutes in a drive-through line and you can bet I never will again. P.S. The new Cantina crispy chicken taco was out-of-this-world delicious, although it would've tasted better had I still not been...
