This might be the first review. I've ever left on anything in my life. So that should tell you how obligated I feel to share my experience period and good for you, guys. It will be very short and sweet. I never even went into this store period to be honest, I actually went to a place called hippie hut across the street from this place on accident. And without beating a dead horse.Let me just say.I have never made the best mistake in my life. And I say all of this because I talked to an employee earlier in the day about a product, and when I called back later on on my way, the so called "manager" told me I have the wrong store. I'm calling the wrong place. They don't carry any of what i'm talking about.And when I finally ask to speak to someone else, he repeatedly try to put me on, hold until I cut him off and said, let me talk to the manager to which he responded, "Well, i'm the manager, but okay bud." I've been in the service industry for seventeen years.And I have never in my life, not been able to put myself in someone shoes as far as dealing with customers.... but whoever the manager was at this time, which I have no problem saying it was the eighth of april and two thousand and twenty five, is literally losing customers for the business with his attitude? Lack of knowledge of store products in stock and also no sense of remorse or reconciliation for the customer. I have done my best this whole. Review to be as mature and professional as I can. But I need to at least say one thing that doesn't follow suit... the employee that I talked to deserves to be manager and not whoever you are, sir. You should feel blessed to have a job that you truly don't deserve. Otherwise I have never dealt with this company or like I have said been inside one yet, and I was almost going to until some manager at obviously, the lackluster store tells me that I am wrong calling the wrong places just because he was too lazy. To try and offer to help me, let alone know what is in his store. I digress. Whoever the manager at hippie house on tusc, just know that you're losing your company, customers and outside of business. I was on my lunch break with limited time, so I thought I’d give it a shot. I bought my same brand and flavor of disposable vape that I always buy. I opened it in my car (thought it was odd they didn’t have me test it before I left but whatever) and it worked but it was terrible. Tasted completely different than the ones I’ve been getting for 3 months elsewhere. So I gave it a little shake as google said to try that and it didn’t help. I went back in and described the problem and they were so rude. Read moreI would like to start by saying that the people who all work there are very helpful, friendly, and professional. I have gone in and had to ask questions that I didn't know answers to and they were very informed and steered me in the right direction. I did have a problem with something that I got there but it was my fault I messed it up and took it back and the people there showed me how to properly fix it and got me up and running and it was more than I could ask for. They could have just said it's ruined by a new one but instead they went above and beyond and help me repair what I had thank you gentlemen at the hippie house you guys are great people!!
