I enjoy shopping at here, everyone is welcoming and feels like family. Of course at every smaller establishment that you are a recurring customer you have your favorites mine is Kevin, he does good by our family and has for many years. The quality of meat can't be beat, I know cliche however it is the truth. These are GMO and antibiotic free, the beef and pig are not fed anything that is not organic. You have a variety of pre determined boxes you can buy that you may switch up if you don't want something. I always order a number two box and make several changes without any complaint. The price can't be beat not for the way the animal is fed, raised and treated before it is butchered. Great cuts, fair portion sizes unless you ask otherwise. You can order through the boxes but give them a day it takes time if you are picky and want your butcher to do it. I have never gotten a bad cut, or returned anything. You can also get special cuts, but single items and they carry various local artisan foods, maple syrup, beef jerky, sauces, and even have recipes when I can't think of how I want to cook a piece of meat that I am tired of making the same way I call and say "hey what can I do to this that is different or new?" Do not be afraid to ask, these people are very qualified, knowledgeable and will breakdown everything for you if you are not sure. I refuse to go anywhere else...

We recently moved here from TN. We like to support local businesses and love to grill and run our smoker all year long. We happened to stop in to check them out and they know how to do business! They had great selection of meats at really good prices, but even more important is they know customer service better than any business I have dealt with! They were not only polite and courteous, but they treated their customers as they were important. It felt like we knew them for years, answered all of our questions without making us feel dumb and also helped to make sure we got what we wanted. Bonus is they work with us on how to package the meat so we don't have to come home and spend a bunch of time separating it. They have definitely earned a long time...

Was looking for a closer meat market and came across this gem. Iv only ever bought my meats from one other market and Strasburg Meats has definitely stolen their clientele! They had a beautiful meat selection to choose from that is also displayed to perfection! The sausage display is amazing with multiple different flavors to choose from. Their customer service is amazing as well. They make it feel as if you’ve known them for years and they’re very informative with anything and everything! The cherry on top is everything is locally supported and sourced. On that note support your local businesses they’re the backbone to our small communities!

Definitely will be seeing them...
