Horrible customer service. I woke up to a flat tire on the 12th. I thought I would buy new tires and opted for Costco. After paying I discovered they wouldnāt be able to install them for 10 days so I tried to cancel the order to go somewhere who could address my flat tire sooner. The website said my order was ineligible to be returned, I waited for an hour for chat support where I was told the customer service couldnāt assist me with the return because itās shipped from a 3rd party but they would put in a customer service request for me and I would hear from them in 3-5 days. I received an email that night that my return was processed, but I never got my money back. Now on the 18th I still donāt have my money, and the store has called me to tell me the tires came in, but I should expect a very long wait time for installation because Iām the 3rd car in line for the install appointment I made on the 12th for service on the 22nd and when I click into my order it says the tires have been returned (but I never got my $600 back) and I canāt get ahold of anyone who knows whatās happening with it. I will never ever buy anything from their website again, their return process and service is horrible!!! The latest email says something about 3-5 days after Costco returns the tire to the 3rd party it ships from I can expect to get a refund, but their tire center is still trying to get me to install them....

Meanwhile her phone died so she put her info on my phone for her Costco membership, well i was checking myself out first and the lady asked if she could scan my items, I said sure, she scammed the phone and asked me where my sister was, I said right there and pointed, she did it again and asked whereās my sister was, I replied the same answer, finally she said mam can I help you, then she told me the machine only takes credit, I said no problem (I had ebt and a debit card) so I told her to scan my sister items too, so she questioned me twice again are you sure sir I said yes, so I paid EBT first then card next, boy she flipped out so quick and went off and said that they do not take EBT nor debit cards I told her I really donāt care what your policy is but at this point Iām so upset that I was a victim of profiling, so I shouted back not to worry Iāll be back and do they same thing! So o was so frustrated by now that I stoped at the service desk and asked who the manager was, but they would have to call them, so I said never mind went outside loaded my car and called customer service about this issue, however I did catch her name tag and her name is Stacy, sheās worse then a modern day Karen š Costco needs to make sure this will never happen again and luckily I donāt...

I actually live closer now. Bought a new house. But, my husband suddenly died. Money is yight. But, I kept my membership. The food court really helps out. Especially the 9.99, 18 inch pizza. And the 1.50 hot dog and pop combo. So many things have changed in my life. I just wanted Costco to stay the same.
Got my membership less than a year ago. I was skeptical at first. Pay 60 bucks to shop somewhere. But, I fell in love with the store almost instantly. Lots of rare gems around the store at great prices. I love the free samples. Helps you find out what products you will love or not. I was very surprised at how much I enjoyed different food after taking a sample. The bakery is AMAZING. I love the vanilla sheet cake and the apple pie. Pretty much everything in the bakery is good. I switched to see salt after trying Costco sea salt. It's like a new adventure every time I shop there. The food court is AMAZING and insanely cheap prices. My favorites are the slice of pepperoni pizza and vanilla frozen yogurt. The pop is good and cheap. I will renew my membership...
