Shoppes At River Place — Local services in Perrysburg

Shoppes At River Place is your stereotypical strip mall. I feel like I should not rate it based on the businesses that rent the space there, but rather on the upkeep of the parking area and maintenance of the trees in the grass islands and such. To that end it is cleaner and more well maintained than most strip malls that I have been to. The asphalt is not cracking, the parking lines are strong to quite strong, the sidewalks are clean, and the trees look well cared for. I will definitely be back......

Enjoy shopping at Churchill’s and getting an occasional Biggby coffee. 😊 Just want to say how nice it is to have a plaza that has good and attentive owners that take care of the property- the plants, trees, and bushes are all healthy, the garden beds are well maintained, and overall the place has a welcoming and fresh feel because of the stewardship of those who look after it.
