Balance Pan-Asian Grille — Restaurant in Perrysburg

I waited to make this review because I had called the manager about my experience and was waiting for her to make it right she didn’t so now I’m leaving my review. I ordered a week or so ago I don’t live in Perrysburg I didn’t realize my drink was wrong until I got home I ordered a flower power with tapioca boba and I got the popping blueberry boba instead. What she should have done was take down my name and number and made a note to the staff that I can get a future drink free but no. I was waiting on an email from corporate? Still haven’t received it I don’t know if she was the same lady who gave my order to my husband or not but that person was also rude to my husband I placed the order before he got off work and he only knew what he wanted not what I ordered for myself and kids so when he went in and asked for my order the person started reading it off and he said hang on let me ask and then she got frustrated and practically tossed it at him! Probably won’t come back which is a shame because where else in Ohio can you get actually good for you take...

We ordered it delivery through door dash. Everything came neat and organized with labels. Items ordered: veggie eggroll, citrus brussels, four star bowl, nuts 4 pao bowl, bang bang tacos, mango tacos, the whatever, blueberry muffin brew. Everything came correctly without anything missing (even utensils and napkins). I had the two types of tacos, veggie roll, Brussels, and the whatever. Everything tasted great! Everything had complexity in its taste and the flavors was good and really came out to shine. The only downfall I had was the mango taco, it tasted great but did not have much mango flavor to me. I honestly think I might have been given the wrong sauce even though it was labeled mango. The other food ordered I can not give a real report on. They said it was good and went to sleep. Placed online order for curbside pickup of two taco trios, egg roll and boba tea. Easy curbside pickup check-in online. Food came out quickly and I love the no contact drink holder they provide. Tacos were excellent as always with the appropriate number of toppings. Egg roll was very good (vegetarian) and nice sized for the price and was fried to a crisp with great homemade 2oz side of sweet n sour sauce. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is we were short sauces for the tacos which honestly is the best part, we ordered 6 different tacos so should've gotten the 6 accompanying sauces and only got 4.
