I absolutely love Starbucks and can't say enough positive things about this particular location. The staff here is incredibly friendly and always greets me with a smile. They are efficient and make my drinks exactly to my liking, no matter how complicated my order may be. The atmosphere inside is cozy and comfortable, making it a perfect spot to study or catch up with friends. Went inside for oatmeal and a drink this morning. The cashier running the register and making food was was unpleasant and put my oatmeal in the bag SIDEWAYS. There's holes in the top of the lid of oatmeal for the steam, but due to it being put in sideways all of the liquid leaked out and onto my car seat- didn't notice it until I got to work and had to clean the seat and my purse that was sitting next to it. Having to clean everything made me late to work and honestly kinda ruined my morning. Not to mention, because all of the hot water leaked out, the oatmeal was still hard so I couldn't even eat it. I get the same drink from here almost daily for the last couple of months on my way to work. It’s been amazing and they’re so nice and the drinks are good. It’s been wrong the last couple of times. The first time a couple weeks ago I called and got a replacement and it was fine. This time I was in store when I tasted it and they seemed like I was bothering them when I asked for it to be remade.
