Lola's — Local services in Perrysburg

During a recent visit, upon checking out, I was told my credit card payment did not process. Confused and embarrassed, immediately I paid cash (roughly $45 for 4 of us). Before leaving, I received notification on my phone that the charge on my card did in fact process. I shared with the young lady at the register and she looked puzzled but reassured me nothing processed on her end. If anything she said it would just "fall off". A few days went by and I remembered, so I logged in to check and sure enough the charge was there. It did not fall off. I called the store and left a message and was told someone would call me back. It's been over a month now, no one ever called. I disputed the charge with my credit card company as one visit for 4 frozen yogurts - costing $80+ is a bit absurd. Our first time coming and overall the place was clean. I’m not sure if the employee was by herself but a lot of stuff was out or not working. We only had 4 flavors to choose from for frozen yogurt. I wanted to top mine with marshmallow crème and pb but both were out and the girl just watched me trying to pour some out and didn’t say anything. Like oh I’m sorry it’s out or let me fill that one. So for 3 frozen yogurts I spent $25 and they weren’t even half full. Then my daughter wanted to try a boba. She asked for strawberry everything lol. But as soon as we took a sip it wasn’t cold and it tasted like mango. Ended up pitching it cause it upset her stomach. I have always loved this place. I live 80 miles south and everytime I'm in town I stop and get a large cup to take home. Today I again stopped in. To my surprise I didn't see my favorite geleto vanilla. Asked the employee if they had vanilla. She said it's right there. The sign said white cloud chocolate mousse (not sure the exact name) I thought the sign was wrong so (without trying it) I got some and left. Wasn't even close to vanilla. Just tasted like fluffy chocolate. If I wanted chocolate I would have got chocolate. Its cool with the variety of flavors but vanilla should be there all the time in my opinion.
