I found an obscure item that was offered by Waterhouse and was disappointed when I received it to learn that it was made from two parts with mismatched finish. Functional, but inexcusable for a finish item. The order was processed quickly, with great communication. When I asked about a replacement or refund, they were apologetic, quick to issue a refund. Not a good outcome for either of us really (I am still without the piece I need, they endured some loss for the waste of time & shipping).
