(WORST SERVICE BE AWARE😡) the owner was quick on getting the money out your hand I made every excuse not to give you your refund back and Never Did! terrible service was very slow and Bad, took forever to get my measurements done kept forgetting our appointment the second lady that works there ordered my sister's dress in the wrong size after we gave her our measurements she had done our measure personally then had to wait another week for my sisters dressed to come in the right size my mother's dress was measured to fit her and was altered as well and with older than the wrong way where the buttons pop on my wedding night my sister's dress her chest area they popped as well as for my wedding dress I paid for her alter the dress add materials to make a train was supposed to be long came out short the day I picked up my wedding dress on my wedding day it had a huge hole in the train the size of a tennis ball wasn't done properly look like a kid done it never sewed together properly her sewing skills are horrible the one lady that doesnt know English so she's rude constantly I will never go there again PLEASE DONT GO IN THAT STORE WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY IT NEEDS TO BE...

Maritza is AMAZING!!! I had to buy my wedding dress off the rack size 14, because I didn't have enough time to order one(my wedding was 3 mths way and it takes 6 mths to order one). I'm a short skinny girl so the dress was huge on me. I went to some lady in Rahway and she said it was too much work for her, so I decided to go to Maritza. She said she was able to do it and told me to come back in 2 wks. She called me back in less than 2 wks to tell me the dress was ready. When I went to try on my dress, it was PERFECT!!! I couldn't believe what a wonderful job she did. I couldn't thank her enough. If you need any alterations especially a wedding dress (not a lot of people know how to alter wedding dresses) she's the one to go to. I promise you, you won't regret it. Please don't listen to the bad ratings about her, because she is awesome!!! I will definitely recommend her...

Mal servicio lamentablemente y la peor experiencia de mi vida . Fui por recomendación de un familiar y salí muy mal . Hace un mes alquilé un vestido de novia supuestamente de “estreno” me cobraron alrededor de 700 dólares por el vestido y un par de cosas más . Todo bien al momento de escogerlo, el vestido Perfecto hasta el momento . Tenían que hacerle unos ajustes en la parte del seno porque me quedaba muy pequeño así que la dueña Maritza Quispe me dijo que en 3 semanas estaba totalmente listo . Fui a mi prueba de vestido 3 días antes de la boda y ahí es donde empezó mi pesadilla . Al principio me hizo esperar 1 hora dándome cita a las 2 pm, tenia clientes así que entendí y supe esperar . Luego al terminar con ellas me dijo que mi vestido no estaba terminado pero lo estaría para la tarde . Me asuste pero la quise entender de igual manera. El primer vestido que me dio era súper chico y no me entraba y al momento de ponérmelo me di cuenta que ese no era el vestido ya que tenía detalles que no eran . Se disculpo y me trajo otro vestido diferente al que yo elegí la primera vez . El segundo vestido era muy parecido por lo que casi me confundo , estaba roto , manchado y era pequeño . Me incomode y ahí es donde le dije que me parecía una falta de respeto que me de dos vestidos diferentes , tallas pequeñas , rotos y con detalles raros añadidos al vestido . Ella para excusarse me quería rentar como sea el segundo vestido y me dijo que ese era el que yo había elegido y que no era su culpa que yo haya engordado porque hace un mes me entraba súper bien . Me pareció una falta de respeto porque uno no puede opinar del cuerpo ajeno y sabiendo su conciencia que cometió un error salió de ella devolverme el dinero porque sabía que estaba en lo incorrecto, pero seguía con sus ofensas alegando que en este país uno no renta vestidos de novia , que uno lo compra y que ella no alquila vestidos de talla grande , eso me ofendió mucho . 20 minutos después me llamo para pedirme disculpas para decir que yo estaba en lo cierto y que regresara porque mi vestido estaba en la tintorería . Le dije que no volviera a ir a su tienda ya que lo que ella hizo fue una falta de respeto y no es seria en su trabajo . Así que si piensas alquilar o comprar un vestido recuerda , no tienen tallas grandes según la señora Maritza ( L o XL) y tómale foto al vestido para que esta mujer no te confunda e intente jugar...
