Simple Mobile Solutions — Local services in Perth Amboy

The Representative at this store never picks up the phone. I can call repeatedly 5 times and he will not pickup. I give it a while and call an hour later he still does not pick up. This guy is too comfortable doing what he wants in his store. I've seen him not answer phone calls while Im In store with him. Another thing, You either need to have better customer service to get people In and out so you can tend your other customers or simply GET ANOTHER WORKER beside you since you can't handle it all by yourself. I'm not sure how this store is still open. I'm not one to put reviews but when I keep on getting bad customer service I have to voice my opinion. Great store with a lot of cool things to buy and the owner is nice, friendly and helpful. I found one of his postings on FB, a Blink camera and he give me a discount price on the unit and we set a time for pick up the next day and a lot of other people started asking about the same item and he told them someone is coming to pick it up. Because it’s a item in demand they offered him more money if he would sell it to them and he told them he already have a deal with this customer and if he don’t come then he will let them know but added he don’t do business that way. Came to this location because the customer service at the woodbridge Mall store is flat out awful. Nice, sizable store and I was greeted right away and let known my name was put on a short waiting list and someone would be with me soon. I came to get a new SIM card as I was bringing my own device to Simple mobile Prepaid and the one in my SIM kit was the wrong size. A new sim was activated for me at no charge and they made sure I was working before I walked out the door.
