Duran Laundromat — Local services in Perth Amboy

Both times I stepped in the place to get pricing I was treated in an unwelcoming manner. I am visiting a family member from Houston and was looking for different businesses to wash my clothes. The person in charge should try to treat potential customers in a more friendly manner. Just my honest opinion. I’m in managing and customer service now for 35 years. A welcoming smile goes a long way in any business. Maybe both times I visited she was having bad days. May God Bless her what ever she is going through. And I apologize to her through this space, because I lost my cool. Thanks 🙏🏽 Place looks very clean and competitive pricing.
