When I approached the front doors and walked in there was approximately 15 to 16 workers listening to a lady spew about sales and don't put up with things from customers as I looked around the store I seen how filthy and disgusting it was it had just opened. I asked for a manager I also heard three other families complaining of the filth in this store The floors were filthy everything was nasty and messy there was half shoe lay on the floor garbage paper literally look like somebody dumped out their waist on the floor and mind you this is when they just opened so maybe a little less group huddling on how not to treat customers good or put up with anything is one thing but a filthy store is just out disrespect to your customers. I never know what I'm expecting when I go in because their inventory changes so rapidly but that's part of the fun. Employees are always friendly and helpful. It's actually part of the mall with access to the interior. I wish that there were more shops in the mall here and don't really understand the mall hours. Parking is usually easy to find. Returns are straight forward and they have a hold plan in case you find something you'd like but have to wait another day...
