Bayou Express Chinese And Japanese Grill — Restaurant in Peru

Wow, I've been passing RIGHT by this place for so long. I actually have left a comment on the Peru Mall stating a concern about the running down of the building and what that might mean for the restaurants inside. However, this place looked very clean, and you can see almost all of their cooking equipment right behind the counter. The sushi rolls here are TO DIE FOR. The staff is super friendly, and the food can honestly go head-to-head with high-end sushi joints. The prices are pretty good considering the quality also. After a friend introduced me to this place it is now one of my favorite places to go eat. I hope I can add pictures to this post at a later date, because the dish set-ups...

I don’t know what that man-baby Jason Brown is talking about. Claimed he spent $35 then immediately trashed it after a bite. I highly doubt that, Karen. Sounds like a drama queen to me. He has problems with the Latin community clearly, as he mentions a Mexican person working immediately, which offended him apparently. Can’t understand why.

We did the Adventure challenge and this was the place that got randomly picked. We had them pick there favorite sushi and cheese dish. They picked the ninja roll and jalapeno and orange chicken, we also ordered a side of Chow Mein noodles. Everything was great.
