I have made it no secret that buffets are not one of my favorite dining options. For me it conjures up thoughts of old and cold food, food poisoning and the filthy guy who went to the bathroom and didn't wash his hands who went before me and touched the serving spoon.... yuck! However apprehensive I may have been and at my families behest I sucked it up and went.

The outside of this joint isn't going to win any beauty contest. It is fairly drab and dated and it sits in the outlot of a mall on life support. The interior however was surprisingly...nice and clean and bright and even though there is a language barrier the staff is friendly and accommodating.

They have a wide and varied selection of choices from not just what we would consider traditional Chinese fare but pizza and chicken wings as well. I enjoyed the steak and peppers and the Mongolian Beef and found the meat to be flavorful and very tender. The peanut butter chicken is delicious as well. There were a few items I didn't really care for like the crab rangoon were gnarley. However with all of the choices places like this offer it's going to be a hit or miss based on personal preferences. They also have a lot of sweets and ice cream.

My family likes going to Master Buffet and they have been there multiple times (without me). It is inexpensive and if piggin out on cheap buffet food is your thing then you will probably like it. For me I've been there, done that and...

I will NEVER eat there again. We walk in and 2 workers are at the desk. Neither on acknowledged us. The look on their face was ON NO MORE CUSTOMERS. We walk a little farther and wait to be seated. A gal finally comes over and seats us. Asks what we want to drink. The food is picked over and some of the trays are empty. (If you are out of stuff Pull it don't leave an empty there) We get back to our table and start eating. Now there is a gal sweeping and making a lot of noise with the broom and dust pan. Stirring up the dust while we eat. We never saw a waitress again until she flew by and gave us our bill. My husband wanted a refill on his beverage. The only way that happened was I went and got it for him. Then when she gave it to me it seemed like an imposition. They are fast with the bill but slow on the service. When we went to check out I told the lady at the desk about how it was and her excuse was "They are trying to clean up." I told her that is not MY PROBLEM. Told them we will never be back. Even other customers were saying they all had attitudes. If you are going to server the public DO SO. And for this service we paid $25.00 ...

So I was passing through town and I came across this restaurant called Master Buffet. So I stop off to try the food to see if it was worth it or not. First off I want to say as soon as I walk through the door I was amazed how nice it looked inside. It had a feel about it that made you feel really relaxed. So I was greeted and I was led to a table , but acourse they gave me one of those wobbly tables. But it was okay as far as the servers go they have a long ways to go to learn the meaning of professionalism and customer service. They were really lazy unprofessional and I highly recommend them teaching them the meaning of customer service. Now as far as the food goes the food was pretty amazing they had a variety of foods to choose from. The food was hot and The Taste was very good so I have to say is definitely a thumbs up for me and I highly recommend this to anybody passing through to stop off and try the buffet I would have to say it's worth it especially per person is only $15 plus tax I will be posting pictures so you can kind of see how...
