AT&T Store — Local services in Petal

Grey (i believe that was his name at the Petal AT&T location) was FANTASTIC. i watched him juggle several customers at once and fix plethora of different issues. he was kind, efficient, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. he seemed incredibly knowledgeable, and went as far as giving me advice outside of what i initially came in for. i hadn't ever met him before and hopefully won't have to see him again any time soon, but if i ever need to visit an AT&T store in the future, i'll be looking for him to help me specifically. someone needs to give him a...

The AT&T store in Petal on Evenlyn Gandy rates a 10 out of 10. Not only was I greeted immediately coming into the store, the Store Manager and Associate was knowledgeable, helpful and quite pleasant to deal with. They helped me not only get a great plan, a terrific phone, and they did it all within an hour. I had a new service, activation and working phone when I left. Yesterday my husband and I went to get my new phone. Zach Dodge helped us and he was very nice. Phones are very expensive so even though I was happy I was nervous about the purchase.
