Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Petal

This particular Sonic located on 504 Hwy 42 East Petal, MS. Night shift is ALWAYS something. Customer Service is decent however they will consistenly forget about you like you weren’t even here. And hardly anybody was wearing masks in the kitchen as we can see through the window yet they come outside with the mask on.. No gloves either🤷🏽‍♂️. Our waiter Jay was taking care of us with respect n understanding no issue at all. Waited 30 mins for our order of 2 tots, 3 drinks, #9, and 2 chicken nuggets. One of our tots were ice cold, they gave us the wrong drink and as we pull out we realize they forgot my brothers tots. Please close this location down. Like man, this Sonic isn’t up to par at all. Never eating...

They have the absolute best and most selections of drinks, shakes, Mastershakes, Malts, Slushies, ice- cream, and more flavors and mixed flavors than any other place I've been! Absolutely wonderful, especially on hot days like these August days in the heat of summer!! Also, they have shaded parking, music to listen to, tables to sit at, restrooms, and access to many other places nearby, for example, Dollar General, Petal Roller Dome, The Car Wash, and Wendy's! Worst service. The person taking our order was so ready to get off that she didn't finish taking the rest of our order. We had to call back and give the rest of the order that ended up coming out to us, not only with half of our order missing but our fries being so stale that we had to pick out the ones that might have actually been edible. Overall, the best part of our meal was the peppermints at the bottom of the bag. Not worth the time or the money. And to top it off, there was a CHILD hanging out and smoking in the front of the building with more children doing the same...
