Recently I submitted an online order for 150 Holiday photo cards. The proof checked out fine online...what arrived in the box not so much! When I picked up my cards (5) of (7) photos were clocked incorrectly.

So I submitted an online inquiry after hours. I was delighted that within 15 minutes of opening on the next business day Nichole communicated to me that they would be happy to complete the entire order free of charge. Nichole asked if I could come in person to the store to enter the photos into their kiosk. I stated I could not and transmitted photo's of my online proof and all seven photos and asked her if they might be able to complete the layout in house. Within a few minute Nichole responded "no problem" and took care of things. When the order was done Nichole emailed me to let me know the revised order was ready to pick up, free of charge, all during the very busy Holiday Season. I offered to pay for the second order, Nichole refused to take payment.

I don’t normally leave reviews, however the service and quality that was received was terrible. I left 3 rolls of 35mm film to be developed after coming back from a vacation and it took them almost 2 weeks (which was fine as that was disclosed during drop off). However, the scans I received were terrible quality. All photos were very grainy, had marks all over them and almost seemed like they were exposed to light as some were quite over exposed, and the all of the files that I received were very low resolution, I’m talking 100kb files, not suitable for printing. After reviewing my photos I decided to call back to see if they could possibly rescan them to get the quality any better, and two weeks had gone by with no updates and no rescans. Decided to call to see about an update and was told there wasn’t even a note any my order about having them rescanned and I would have to wait even longer to get them done. Don’t waste your time coming here to get your photos developed. There are many better and more professional places around. I've used Peterborough Camera for years. It's my go to for when I want to upload images to print and frame, or send to family. A few years ago I started sending my event signage orders to them, as I wanted to give the business locally rather than a big outfit like Staples.
