Sales clerk was rude. Said now I’m going to have to clean up after your son when you leave. I spent $66 in store. Another lady over heard her talking to me and became upset with clerk and said she should not talk that way to a customer. I decided to return all merchandise because of the rude lady at the counter. When I asked to speak to owner, the manager said no and she would handle it. However, she overheard clerk and said nothing. I came home and cried. I was very hurt. If I could give this store ZERO stars I would!!!!! I walked in this store three times and NEVER, EVER once did an employee say hello or may I help you! Three times is the charm! I will NEVER go in that rude employee Hallmark store again! Perhaps they should go brush up on taking lessons on how to run a store and treat their customers!! Wow can people be rude in PA. Love this store. They have such a wide variety of cards and the staff is incredibly friendly.
