We had Keith work on two of our homes over the same period. I won't go into long detail, other than to say that he is not capable of leveling a floor and installing vinyl properly.

They did ZERO preparation of the subfloor. We had areas of the floor moving 2-3" up and down while walking on them. Keith had a million excuses why using self-leveler wasn't possible. Funny, every other flooring company said self-leveler would be part of any job they did.

It's a shame Google won't allow me to upload videos, because it's astonishing how much movement we have in every room of our home.

Keith pressured us into hurrying and making the payment once the job was complete, before I was even able to see the floors in person. It's no mystery why.
