Paradise On Ice Daiquiris — Restaurant in Texas

When I usually go to Paradise On Ice the staff is always so friendly. However, this last time I received horrible customer service. I asked the lady the price difference between a large and a medium she flipped the menu over slightly aggressively and said that the prices were on the front menu. Not thinking to much of it she then says we dont have any larges. So, I asked why? She then go's on to do this hand movement saying this sign sums it up for you. The sign stated that after 3 pm on Saturday's they do not sale larges. It would've been nice if she could have just said that. I live between Paradise On Ice and Eskimo Hut. I have always told my friends lets go to Paradise On Ice instead. However, after this bad experience I will now take my business...

My second time visiting this location, and it was as great as the first visit. One thing I missed most about Louisiana were quick daiquiri spots like this; however, I could never find a in Texas that made the drinks strong or well. Paradise on Ice definitely does both! The customer service is awesome too. The staff are always polite and greet you with a smile! Alexis was friendly and quick with our service. She also did an awesome job of sticking to their policies with COVID informing customer they couldn’t enter if there were four people already inside. Thank you!! We were looking for a quick place to grab a drink, not realizing it's a to go place. We walked in and were immediately greeted and were walked through the process. Alexis is amazing and genuinely kind. Customer service doesn't get better than this. We grabbed our drinks and decided to sit and chill a bit. She kept us entertained and talked about other drink ideas and let us sample some which will definitely have us coming back next time we're in the area.
