Who knew? That these guys BBQ - simply- Out of this world. It's always a roll of the dice trying some BBQ that you're not familiar with- right ? But rest assured, these guys do it Right! Hell yah they do. Brisket - home run - Perfect Smoke ring and bark yet Tender and Delicious!! I'm thrilled when I find people who just Know how to keep it simple yet scrumptious!
