Placed an online order 30 mins ahead of time for my lunch break and bought subs for my coworkers as well. I got to this location, and there were employees standing around because they were not busy. I received my order, and was missing a bag of chips so I went back in and let them know they forgot to give me one bag of chips I had ordered. They let me grab the bag of chips and I was on my way back to work. One of my coworkers specifically listed NO Capicola with EXTRA Salami. However, his Italian sub barely had ANY meats on it. It still had the Capicola on it and NO EXTRA Salami whatsoever!! He even took a photo of the sandwich on his phone as proof of lack of meat. My Cali Club sub tasted horrible! The bread and meat did not taste right at all. Horrible experience from this location, and will not recommend this place to anyone! Workers don't seem to care to read customers' requests for online orders and they completely ripped off my coworker on his sub! Not worth $9 a sub, save your money and...
Read moreSo, I love thundercloud. This location is the only negative experience I’ve had. I ordered nada chicken. The worker making my order was perfectly nice and polite. The worker he asked to microwave my nada chicken (which honestly I wish had been put in a toaster oven, NOT microwaved) started making jokes nada chicken being bad. It felt like I was being mocked for my order. My wife had cucumbers on her sandwich that tasted awful. They were incredibly bitter, very chemical taste. She took them off but it ruined her sandwich.
Overall: Vibe of the store itself is nice but making fun of customers orders right in front of them is highly unprofessional. Please check how your veggies are being stored. Something is absolutely wrong with your cucumbers at least.
I won’t be coming back to this location (go to Georgetown, never once messed up or gave me...
Read moreThis place wasn't BAD so I won't give it the poor/fair rating, but honestly I wouldn't go back because it just did not leave any impression that would make me choose it over another sub place, and would actually rate quite a bit lower than Subway to me. Maybe people are trying sandwiches we didn't try or something by my family and I all got different things, and none of us were impressed. The bread was just bland and average and my mom says hers felt microwaved. I can go to Subway and choose from a bunch of different breads, but at Thundercloud it was just white or wheat and neither one seemed that great. The subs are also sort of skimpy for the price and options. The service was pretty good and the decor...
