I worked with John a few years ago when I was losing weight. John created a great calorie counting plan in addition to an exercise routine, which included resistance training and cardio. I was able to successfully lose a significant amount of weight with John’s help, by my hard work and following the excellent plan which he created.
One of the most important parts of the plan which he included in the plan are short term maintenance breaks, which are important for making sure BMR and NEAT don’t go too low. Calorie counting along with these maintenance breaks are what allowed me to lose weight, NOT plateau/ stall, and cut again successfully without hurting my metabolism.

It’s a low key space with space-themed decor and lighting, with padded flooring for floor work, boxes, rowers, and treadmills. There’s two squat stands and a stand with a bench — all with safety arms and plenty of plates (and change plates for small increments).
Two cable machines, a hack squat machine, and a mirrored dumbbell rack with 5 to 100 lbs weights.
Battle ropes, bands, balls… It’s really got it all, and it’s on your schedule. You can come and go as you please.
