Wawa — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Terribly slow and uncoordinated service. Today on 10/30/2021 I went in and ordered food at 12:43 pm and paid for it at 12:44 pm, as I waited at the counter until 1:06 pm for my food to be done I stood and watched everyone that was in there before me get their food (which makes sense and is normal) but I also watched 10 more people come in after me, order after me, pay after me, and still getting their food before me (that's were the situation makes no sense). Everyone that's came after me got their food in about 5 minutes from ordering meanwhile I waited 23 minutes and still nothing. At that time I went back to the checkout line for a refund and mid-refund (23 minutes later) my number is finally called, at that point I didn't even want the food anymore so I got my refund and left. I don't know what kind of system wawa uses for determining who gets their food next but it should be first come first serve. This is my last time getting food from this specific wawa because this happens way to often. I'd give 0...

My wawa where I get coffee every day to go to work has turned into a zoo, nothing is stocked workers don’t do a single thing the security guard rubs her disgusting hands all over the breakfast sandwiches trying to warm her hands up coffee is cold food blows and takes forever workers will scream across the store asking if it’s break time yet and if they can get off at 3 instead of 4 since 1967 wawa has been in business but apparently they are out of stock cause the store didn’t order it I have to go underneath the counter to get my own cups,sugar,straws I have to go into the drink section to get fresh creamer cause they will leave expired milk out for people to use burn the store down or fire the lazy gross workers and keep the seasoned ones who do a great job for 10+ years I know they are sick of it too 13 people in line, 1 person working the cash register and 6 standing...

The conditions of this store have gone down the tube! There was trash on the floor, it looks dingy. I didn't even want to get a snack. I drive for a living part time and stopped in yesterday for gas, to use the restroom, and get a snack. The bathroom was so horrendous that I didn't even want to use the air hand dryer. I used tissue. There was dirt and grime everywhere. I was surprised there was soap available based on the condition of that restroom. I used to live in that area for 6 years. I just moved from there about a month ago. I used to frequent that store often. I was very surprised by the unappealing conditions of that store. I know you all can do better. Someone needs to...
