We came upon Bijoux after walking down the strip of Germantown Ave in Chestnut Hill and bopping in and out of various jewelry stores. Immediately, Bijoux felt like the "right one". On our first day, we met Sylva (Marty's mom) who showed us a variety of beautiful rings. It was me and my husband's 10 year anniversary. After many back and forth--Sylva and Marty are SO incredibly patient and non-pressuring, truly the best kinds of people you'd want to be dealing with when jewelry shopping--we decided to take a vintage emerald ring from their store and replacing the center stone with a sapphire from a necklace that belonged to my late mom-in-law. The end result was more than I could ever imagine. Marty set the sapphire in a gorgeous bezzle setting and seamlessly incorporated it into the previous ring. My husband and I are so impressed by Marty's work and we have many fond memories of chit chatting away with Sylva. We can't wait to work with them again and would highly recommend Bijoux...

We went to Bijou after seeing an engagement ring on Instagram…we were in the area for “fall for the arts” but the store was closed. A lady outside told us to go in anyway and told us to let her son know she let us in. We are SO grateful for that day! We walked in and met Marty, he happily sat down (despite being closed) and the rest is history.

We began working with Marty, talking about budget and style. He was so kind and worked with us to stay in our budget—and never pushed us to spend more. He is incredibly informative, and friendly (even remembered our name every time we came back). We are loyal customers for life.

One time when we were in his shop an older woman came up and was showing us the rings his grandfather made for her. You can tell that everyone who works at Bijou is passionate and cares so deeply. This is the place to go if you want quality and an enjoyable experience. I recommend Bijou...

Bijoux is a fantastic establishment, I’ve had a few transactions already and will continue to come back. I recently purchased an engagement ring and Marty was very informative through out the entire process. From educating me about diamonds to the details of custom designing the ring, I couldn’t have asked for better service. I’ve also had a few chains shortened and made into bracelets, they have the manufacturing on site which makes it more convenient and a faster turn around.
