Our experience with Blue Stone Masonry was entirely positive. Zach is knowledgeable and made helpful suggestions when he came out last fall to estimate our project (removing the concrete covering our small city back yard and replacing it with flagstone). He let me know then that work wouldn't start until spring. In March he contacted me to say that our job was next on their schedule and kept me updated as his crew finished another project. We had basement and garage parged, extended our patio space with flag stones and concrete paving, and water proofed our stone house with appropruately graded concrete surround. Zach was timely in his response to our initial inquiry. The pricing was on par with the other quotes we received, but Blue Stone masonry's was very detailed, and was very close to the estimate at the end of the job. Zach and crew just finished hardscaping my small backyard, adding a walkway in the front, and restoring/re-stuccoing part of a wall. The work is beautiful! Water was a concern and Zach spent a good deal of time with me discussing options and sharing water knowledge. He returned several times to ensure the work would be carried out correctly. Benjamin and crew were polite and considerate. Zach gets 10 stars for communication skills, for keeping me updated. All went as promised. Hire him!
