I made an appointment here for my newborn, I wasn’t expecting a bad experience because I know a few people who have taken their kids here before but when I walked in I immediately knew I was not going through with my appointment for my baby. The floors were dirty, there was a massive amount of people just walking around the waiting area looking confused. There were children running around and acting a fool(older children). Most of the parents were glued to their phones not watching their kids. It was massively unorganized, I don’t know how to explain the aura of this place but it was gross and uncomfortable. The facility is not only dirty but the examination room have damaged sheet rock with holes in them & the sheet dust on the walls & on the ground. If that wasn't enough, despite the baby being in mint condition, a social worker was sent to our room. My daughter is a teenager so they deemed her high risk & referred her to the 2nd flr for teenager mothers. They also reported us to child services. How does a baby's first well visit turn out...
