I understand all your circumstance in reference to your delivery time. it is not the 1st time I had to wait that long for delivery but I was not advised when I ordered of that wait time, I understand you have limited space and high volume but what I don't understand is why your employees phone etiquette lacks the same respect you give patrons who dine in or take out, as I said on my original review I wouldn't mind waiting if I was given the choice to wait for delivery. I applaud you for having a family business, I have one as well and if a client of ours was unhappy with any part of our process I would have made amends by discounting their food on their next visit or from their current order, I'm not asking for freebies what I would like is more accountability in your part what is 10% off from a $12 order going to do for your business? (rhetorical) nothing! but what it means to a customer is that you understand their concern and you care that your process is not working at optimum capacity, just because your family own doesn't excuse some of the comments from your employees over the phone such as "that's how it is" or "we don't offer discounts for late food even if you weren't told" I even got a "you have been here you is busy", it doesn't absolve your from scrutiny, that's not my concern and it doesn't matter if I been there a million times customer service is still a service that is provided to patrons whether they are dining in, taking out or ordering delivery, I did update your review which I don't do because me and my family love this place, I have accommodated your stars to 4 instead of 3 due to the fact that you reached out.
Great food, great $, great service when your there but what they exceed in personal attentiveness to patrons they lack in delivery services and phone etiquette, be ready to wait 1.5 hours or greater for delivery and if you happen to call to find out where is your food, be ready for an argumentative attitude towards customers, and forget about getting a discount for late food or discount off your next order, best bet is to pick up or dine in. I love this place I prefer it to any other breakfast spot around here but they have to do better in deliveries and according to the delivery man I spoke to, once I received my food finally, it's not the delivery is your kitchen taking too long to cook....

The chipped beef turned out to be some of the tastiest I've ever had in a restaurant. Of course, my own is the best because I brown the beef in butter to coax the flavor into my white sauce. I was quite pleased with both the gravy and the home fries. As you can see, the homefries were nicely browned and sliced thin... absolutely perfect. I thought about a blueberry muffin for "desert" but settled for the side of toast with grape jelly. I got 2 jellies and was offered extra butter, which I love. It was exactly the touch of sweetness I wanted at the end of this meal. The coffee was deliciously prepared, light and sweet. That little bit of caffeine just makes my day start out right. My stomach was fuller than usual, so I headed home for a nap when I finished up. I'm recently retired after 44 years of "nose to the grindstone," 60-hour work week, physical labor. Retirement feels, oh, so right... The ladies who served my breakfast are an awesome team. 3 different ladies took my order and served my coffee, served my food, and got me water (which was ice cold and especially delicious). Super staff all around, front and back of house. The astounding thing I found was that the whole meal was just under $10, and I chose one of the more expensive items on the menu! I want to go back and try their scrapple or an omlette and maybe the hashed browns. Breakfast is my favorite meal to eat out, I may have found my favorite breakfast...
