About 1.5 years ago they installed reolink cameras for me around my home. They only all worked for a very short period of time. When I reached out they said call the manufacturer of the cameras. The installation is very ugly and not professional at all. I might understand if I were paying discount prices. But they were charging standard cable run fees. Now at 1.5 years later one of the cameras stopped working. They never installed the water protection cover which prevents water from getting into the ethernet port. It eventually short circuited and now i'm hoping I can salvage the camera. We won't talk about the stripped screws I had to drill out just to dismount the camera....

First off, there is a similar line of business that ranks 4.6 on thumbstack for home appliances. I guess that and this company are 2 different entities.

We engaged with them and prior to that checked with them if they were the same company and were told that they were. We did not check any references there upon and engaged with them for security camera installation.

They did half the job and did not come back to do the other half. All we could do was to dispute the credit...
