Checkers — Restaurant in Philadelphia

So as many know I review many places and by far the experience and childish behavior and act of revenge could end you as the individuals who were working today and checkers as a corporations all could be held liable and names in a law suits for petty prank of putty extra extra extra pepper in cold checker burgers with cheese as anyone with eyes can see and because I corrected you on the facts that KOOL AID is by no means all natural it has artificial dyes and you told me it did not which I told you it had red 4o blue 1 yellow 5 yellow 6 and I can go on and you want to know why as I told you I have grandchild who has allergies to artificial dyes to the point he can't use certain shampoo or laundry soap so that strawberry smoothie we also ordered i quickly took it away when I realized what he was saying about the burger being hot he didn't mean hot as in :: ouch " he meant as in spicy I can't eat it and this coming from a kid who eats hot peppers....well done checkers immature children working today .. I hope you feel like a million bucks cause I am going to give the smoothly to his aunt boyfriend the lawyer aunt forensics lab tech will test both... burger and drink and I do hope you got kick out if but see you did not get anything over on me...I just wanted you to informed that I can think of any fruit that is blue raspberry,.. but eventually you never know ....but thank you for making my point that youth today are still uneducated n continue argue that its all natural even tho they don't even know that there we dont have anything natural in this world that is bright blue red green or yellow , they are artificial dyes ... that make that petty color for your eyes to enjoy.... Doritos .... has everyone one of those dyes in just 1 flavor of their chips... for what reason.. to make it pleasing to the eye in the mean time it had nutrional values and potentially can kill a child due to allergies ... which I am pretty sure you spiked it cause as I am typing this.. his torrents syndrome has started ... so if theu anger comes in the next 10 mins I know you spiked the food along with drinks... rally Corp another fine bunch of employees... Was so excited to get checkers since I haven't had it in years, last night I went to this checkers at around 7:15 and decided to go in and get take out instead of the drive thru. Went in and there was a few people in front of me, everything was running smoothly and I placed my order (about $20 worth) at 7:28. I only know the exact time because I had to look at my receipt a bunch, more on that later.

So I go outside, sit in the car for 5 mins, and get out only because a homeless guy approached my car and asked for money to fix his bicycle tire. I gave him the $3 he asked for and dude walks right in and orders food. I go in behind him and there's a 2nd homeless guy in there asking the employees for free food. Both guys smelled terrible in that tiny cramped ordering/waiting area.

Homeless guy gets his food before me, so does every single other person. I wait patiently until 7:50 when they asked me what I ordered, I tell them and they say they're just waiting on the slushie. 10 more mins goes by and they ask me this time, what did I order and ask if I have a receipt proving it. So I go out to the car, get the receipt I left there, and show them. They FINALLY start making it, 5 mins later I finally have my food but now I have to wait another 10 mins to get a refund for the slushie that they didn't make since "the machine was broken". I finally leave and then realize they forgot my drink just sitting there on the soda fountain. I bang on the window and ask for it, they give it to me with no straw. Its 8:15, 47 mins after I placed my order, so much for fast food.

When I got home I have to admit that the food was pretty good. They didn't listen to my customization on the burger but honestly that was so minor after waiting that long. If you don't mind waiting almost an hour for your food that you're not able to alter/customize and want to eat it next to a homeless encampment, go to this checkers.

Honestly they should just shut this...

I just had the pleasure of eating a couple of apple pies at Checkers, and let me tell you, it was an absolutely amazing experience! The pis were perfectly golden brown and crispy on the outside, while the inside was filled with warm, gooey apple goodness. Each bite was a burst of flavor, with just the right amount of sweetness and cinnamon spice. It was like a taste of homemade heaven!

But the deliciousness didn't stop there. The staff at Checkers were incredibly friendly and helpful. They greeted me with a smile and were quick to take my order. When I asked about the apple pie, they were happy to share their knowledge and even offered me some ice cream to go with it!

The restaurant itself was spotless and well-maintained. The tables outside were clean, the floors were shiny, and the overall atmosphere was inviting and pleasant. It was clear that the staff took pride in keeping their workplace tidy and welcoming.

I was so impressed with my experience at Checkers that I plan on going back every chance I get.
