White Horse Tavern — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Would’ve given it 5 stars but I only been inside twice because I was supporting the bartending, was only 3-5 ppl inside on both days (including myself) none of which were paying customers besides me, however it was during the day. They were looking for a cook during this time so they weren’t serving food, It do have an upstairs bar/area (no bartender when I was there) , seem like at the time they were trying to bring in fresh meat with a following to get business going again so maybe this was just a rough time for them. Since this isn’t in my neck of the woods and not a place I visit frequently I wouldn’t break my neck to go here but I also wouldn’t mind dipping in just to see what it’s like at night if ever I’m in the area now that they serve hookah. Theres not much to see the cleanliness could be a little more better and renovating needs to be finished there bathrooms are filthy and toilet seats need to be replaced I went to the bathroom there recently and the men's room did not have a toilet seat secured the toilet seat was sitting in the window sill that is so ghetto and unprofessional.
