I always visit this CVS to refill my prescription and purchase various items each time I go. Today, I bought the Nature’s Bounty Hyaluronic Acid, which was priced at $17.99 for a buy 1 get 1 free offer, and I also purchased Cortisone 10. At the self-checkout, I scanned both boxes of the Nature's Bounty Hyaluronic Acid. However, when I placed it on the bagging area, the scanner did not recognize it. I had to wait for the lady, a chubby black woman wearing an all-black abaya and headscarf, to assist me. She approached me with an attitude and said, "You didn’t scan the item." I informed her that I did scan it and that it was part of a buy one get one free promotion. She immediately denied this without checking. After she scanned her badge and confirmed that it was indeed buy one get one free, she did not even offer an apology. I proceeded to scan the Hydrocortisone. It made a clicking sound, indicating that it was scanned, and the machine instructed me to place the item in the bagging area. However, once I placed it there, it stated that I hadn’t scanned it. I rescanned the item, and this time the light at the self-checkout turned on, prompting me to wait for assistance. The same chubby woman returned, this time speaking to me with a mean expression and an ignorant tone, asking, "What did you do wrong this time?" I looked at her and explained that I had not done anything wrong, questioning why she had an attitude. Without making eye contact, she scanned her badge, returned to the checkout counter to assist other customers, and loudly made negative remarks about me, accusing me of lying and not scanning the item, insinuating that I wanted to steal it. I have never encountered someone so rude and ignorant with such poor customer service. CVS should dismiss her. She is extremely impolite, and I fail to comprehend how someone like her...
Read moreI absolutely adore this location! It's a perfect fit for my South Philly lifestyle. The parking lot can be a bit busy, but it's always a relief to find a spot. The staff is incredibly helpful. I make it a point to send all my prescriptions to this location. They have saved me from doctor errors and serious medication conflicts multiple times. They always double-check with you to ensure accuracy and proper understanding of your medication. They've also helped me save time and money by showing me over-the-counter alternatives and even walking me to the aisle to compare. All the pharmacy techs are wonderful, but seeing Ms. Deborah is always a delight. She truly has the kindest heart in the business.
Joe works tirelessly to keep the aisles well-stocked, and despite his quiet nature, he's fantastic at helping you find any item in the store. He's amazing!
My absolute favorite has to be Eric! He's the backbone of the store, always bustling around, working hard, and greeting customers. I truly can't imagine this location without him! He's not only kind but also takes the time to ask about your kids and greets them warmly. He really makes you feel like part of the family. Plus, he's taught me how to maximize my savings with coupons! He's a true gem! I just love Eric!
Roe I didn't forget about you! Always around when you need her for a helping hand or a good laugh. She keeps is real and shes great...
Read moreThis is our regular store for our prescriptions and it’s frustrating that some assistants are not helpful, unfriendly and rude. They should have a decency and good customer service especially not being choosy whom they want to treat nicely,A pharmacy Assistant named Jose in April 19,2025 at 12:58 Pm was the one who did the transaction for my daughter’s medicine,I wont say he helped as it stated on the receipt because he was not helpful at all, imagine that he was mean and upon scanning the barcode of that certain item that my daughter purchased he asked my daughter to hold item for him to scanned the barcode! and his voice is demanding!!This is not showing good customer service, since the item is just so small and not that too big for his hands to hold it,This person needs to be trained for a good customer service,it’s not only for them to work but they should have to show passion for certain people, though maybe he sees us as Asian, they would treat us that way, that’s why they are called Pharmacy ASSISTANTS so as to give assistance for any type of customers.,some Pharmacy Assitants here are rude, unfriendly,.This people needs to be addressed for...
