My previous visits have been pleasant. However, today I made an in-store purchase for an IPhone 8. My daughter and I were not appropriately greeted by the two female reps working and there were only two other customers in the store at the time. One of the female agents/reps working today was actually unfriendly and evasive. Our rep/agent did work with me on cost of phone, but I also purchased approximately $200 in accessories and have been a LONG TIME C-spire customer, so I felt all promotions should have been applied. The two female employees actually were texting each other while we were in the process of transferring and updating our new phone. The rep also hurriedly explained procedures to my daughter while setting up new phone. During our visit, a male employee appeared and he did not acknowledge our presence either and there was only one other customer in at that time. I would describe the environment today as frigid and unwelcoming. Maybe all three employees were having a bad day, but when I'm paying for a service, I want it served...
