From the moment we toured URBY for my daughter’s new apartment, the experience was top-notch. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient as we worked through the details to make sure it was the right fit. The leasing process was smooth and efficient, with clear communication and flexibility that made the transition stress-free.

The building itself is modern, clean, and full of energy — a perfect mix of comfort and city style. My daughter loves the amenities, especially the gym, communal spaces, and the attention to design in every detail. The security and management presence also give us peace of mind.

URBY has been more than just a place to live — it’s a well-thought-out community, and I’d absolutely recommend it to other families looking for a vibrant, secure, and thoughtfully run building.

This review is specifically for the Urby Furnished apartments that are a hotel alternative! We stayed here for 3 nights and got upgraded to a one bedroom from a studio. This is better equipped than most airbnbs I’ve stayed at- our apartment came with coffee and a pour over, a kettle mug, tide pods, even olive oil!

There are so few hotel options in fishtown and this was so easy and convenient for us, not to mention an incredible location. Barbie and all the folks at the front desk were extremely helpful, and the furnishings were beautiful. The common space with private phone booths downstairs is gorgeous as is the gym. Our room was right next to the El but we truly could barely hear it.

My only gripe is that the bedroom is very small even with just a queen in it, and there was literally no space in it to put suitcases, so they went on the living room floor. A luggage rack would be...

We have been living in Urby for a month and love it! Our 2bed/2ba is very spacious, fitted with brand new appliances, and gets great light. The building itself is awesome: the people at the front desk are really friendly, the gym is way better than the gyms at comparable apartments we looked at (they have two squat racks!), and we were given a generous rent promotion that made the rent very competitive.

The building is right along the Market-Frankford line, but we don't notice the noise from the train at all. We are just a few blocks away from the Berks station, which makes getting downtown super convenient. There is no parking in the building, but there are lots with monthly parking nearby and we didn't have problems finding overnight parking within a 5 minute walk.

Would definitely recommend Urby to anyone who is looking to move...
