HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was told before I went to drop off my nephews ps5 that it would be ready the following morning. I called for and update the next afternoon and was given a very nasty attitude and told it wasn’t done yet but the store was open until 7:30 so there was still plenty of time left in the day which didn’t answer the question of when it would be done. Eventually he called me right before the store closed and I had to pick it up the next day. When I went to pick it up I simply asked if it was working and he proceeded to tell me he wasn’t a child and didn’t appreciate being questioned and saying other places may have taken a week to fix it. I didn’t want to argue so I left. When my nephew got it back it still wasn’t working and when he called the store to explain exactly what the issue was he told this child that he must be off his meds and to find something better to do. I brought my laptop in for hardware diagnostics due to an issue where it would freeze if shaken or bent slightly. I left a $25 deposit. After a few days, they told me they couldn’t find the issue, so I picked it up. However, when I got home, the laptop wouldn’t turn on at all, and I couldn’t access my data. When I called to ask what they did, they claimed they hadn’t touched it—despite previous messages implying they had worked on it. The conversation quickly escalated, with the owner being rude, dismissive, and eventually hanging up on me. Extremely unprofessional service. Even 1 star is too much for this place.
