I would give 0 stars if I could. I went for a behavioral health intake to the Springfield office and I met with the director of the program. My child is autistic, and has social skills issues. When my child failed to answer questions, I tried to inform the director that he was autistic, and I was berated for speaking and advocating for my child. I was told, in short, that if my child wanted them to know he was autistic he would tell them. I don't think that these people understand how autism works. Also, the director asked my child to sit next to him, which made my child extremely uncomfortable. The truth of the matter is that the director of the program lacks social skills, I don't see how this person is qualified to run a mental health program. He was one of the lease therapeutic people I ever had the misfortune of meeting. I have never seen anything like it. Each time I make a doctors appointment, I get there and then they tell me the appointment was over the phone. I never made an over the phone appt, and I get reminder calls that it is in person. Then when I book over the phone appt, they say it’s in person. They are so disorganized and you can’t believe what they tell you.
