I loved taking my toy poodle here & Kelly did an amazing job. However, they have a hidden policy for last minute cancellations. Even though I called in advance and notified that I needed to cancel his last two appointments (due to work), I received a text that all my future appointments needed to be paid for in advance or they’d be cancelled too. I called the day before my dogs appointment to pay and was told I’d no longer be accepted as a client. I’ve been a loyal client going on 3 years and it’s just a bit unprofessional in my opinion to cancel a client without have given proper notice or even trying to resolve the issue. BEWARE if you plan to Board your Dogs. Our Dogs spent just under a Week boarding here and came home filthy, under-fed and sick. The blankets/beds we sent with them were returned soaked in urine and had to be thrown out. Our Dogs have had Bronchitis/Kennel Cough/Vomiting for the past week since we picked them up. The Vet bills have been substantial and it’s sleepless nights having to take care of our Dogs. We absolutely love Groom and Board! Our sweet girl, Pepper, goes to daycare about once a week and always returns home happy and tired from playing all day. Kelly also trims her nails and always does a great job— Pepper can be anxious and testy about her nails, and Kelly has always handled her with compassion and care. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful and make scheduling a complete breeze. And, of course, we love the Instagram story updates throughout the day so that we can see Pepper playing with...
