WORST nail salon experience ever. This is my 4th time at this establishment and I arrived 30 mins early to my appointment, where I was pestered with questions as they tried to convince me to just get overlay when I insisted on a full set. I requested a basic French color and was told they didn’t have it until someone different went to look for it. The main nail tech Annie decided to do my nails during my pedicure and barely made progress on one of my hands before stopping to take another client that came after me. My basic pedicure took about an hour and after I had to wait for Annie to finish her client. It took Annie 2 additional hours to finish my full set and no she did NOT give me a second coat, no she did NOT dip my hands in wax like usual, and no she did NOT offer any drink or refreshment during the entirety of my appointment. I originally booked 2hr parking and still had to extend my session 4 more times because I was there so long. I was charged $145 for a basic pedicure and full set with French tips. Their mani menu clearly says a French tip add on costs $10 extra but I noticed Annie charged me $15. She claimed ā€œit’s considered a design on my handsā€ (designs are $5-10 so I was still overcharged either way). Their Apple Pay stopped working and I was given a lot of animosity as I navigated finding another form of payment. Annie then yelled at me and tried to guilt trip me into giving a tip. I gave Annie my LOYALTY CARD to stamp so she knows I’ve spent money and tipped multiple times before. I was about to give a tip but NO. Nobody professional should ever yell at you for a tip that was not rightfully earned. I was unsatisfied with how long my service took, that I was sneakily overcharged, and how I had to advocate for myself the entire time to get what I requested. I expressed to Annie that I was unsure about returning and she told me ā€œDon’t come backā€. This is how they treat their customers. No concern for my experience, just money hungry. There’s always only 2-3 technicians working there whenever I go, so booking an appointment is prominent or they won’t take you because they physically can’t. I guess they overcharge their customers and expect tips to compensate for the lack of clients they can take.

On July 9th I got a manicure that I was told the cost would be $50 for a dip powder because I have soft nails. They did not have the powder and used an overlay instead. Again, I was told the cost would be $50. I also received a pedicure for the price of $35. However when I got home I realized I was charged $100 for the services. When I spoke to them on my next visit I ask for the manager. They said she wasn't there so I gave them my number for her to call me. I never received the call. Today is August 18th and I visited H2O to see the manager face to face. Today I learned the manager was the person that was here the last time I visited on August 4th; and the person that did my sloppy nails, but was told she was not there when I asked for her. They would not give me a refund or a discount for overcharging me (thieves). I have posted a picture of the sloppy Nails the so called manager from H2O painted on August 4th 2021. When asked why I did not say anything when I first got my nails done, I informed the person I was dealing with my son's Memorial as well as other unfortunate matters my life. The so-called manager with the help of her son Kevin said that I was charged $65 for my manicure. However there is not a $65 charge posted for anything on their list of services inside the establishment. I took a picture of the list of services the last time I was there on August 8th. And I took a picture again today. The prices have not changed nor do I see a charge of $65 for anyting. The pictures will show waves lumps and bumps on my nails. Liars, thieves and incompetents that pretend they don't understand English as a cover for their incompetence or mistakes. I do not recommend their establishment for services.

I have been going here for years and never had a great outcome. The facility is very clean and people are nice, but my gel and dip always falls off within days. I came home after a pedicure this week and noticed that a whole part of my big toe wasn’t even painted. (after paying $3 extra for ā€œlong lastingā€ polish. I got a manicure on Wednesday and by Friday two of my nails already broke off. I wasn’t even doing anything rough. I have never experienced this poor quality at other places only H2O. I want to live this place, because it is so clean, but paying $120 for a service that doesn’t last more than a couple of days is ridiculous. The last time i was there( i had an appointment and took over 30 minutes to be seen, then when i asked for tips on my nails the technician looked at the clock and looked annoyed. I want to love this place, but i just can’t justify going back. (see attached pictures)

Very clean and organized establishment. Employees seem nice. Unfortunately there were 2 issues I had when going here. First problem was I had an appointment at 11am. Got there 5 minutes till 11. My services were not started until 1140. Was a little annoyed but I understood. What took the cake was when I went to pay my $62 bill I left a $5 tip. The lady tells me that's not enough. She looking at me and I'm looking at her like šŸ˜’. I said if you don't want the tip I can take it off. She then says hold on and gets the owner/manager. The manager begins to tell me about their policy of tipping 15%-20% of my bill and something about taxes. I wasn't trying to hear all that. Why should I give you extra money on top of a service I've already paid for, and if I do decide to tip don't tell me how much to tip or what I give isn't enough. People work hard for their money and if someone saves enough or have money left over after life takes most of it I should be able to pay for a service and not be pressure to give away additional for a basic service I'm already paying for. I wouldn't recommend going here if you don't have more money to give away after already paying. Not...
