Jon was absolutely incredible to work with throughout the whole process. My husband and I had another realtor for months who was not listening to us or responding quickly, it got to the point that we had 2 months to find a house and complete everything necessary to close. Based on our previous experience, we felt like we were really in trouble.
We contacted Jon on Sunday afternoon & he set-up a call with us Sunday night. We were looking at houses by Wednesday and by Friday we had found our house. He was abundantly transparent with what houses had offers, issues, or were going to be a money pit. He knew what to look in a basement so that we were aware of the HGTV basics of “this house is pretty and in our desired area.” He knew how much certain repairs would cost so that we could factor that in. He had reliable inspection companies and even had a contact for a roofer when it came to writing a thoughtful offer that would be in everyone’s best interest. A true one-stop shop.
Throughout the closing process, he was again, incredible. He kept us aware of deadlines and helped us navigate the mortgage process. The day of the closing was so simple because he had made sure we were so prepared that’s it’s hard to believe it really happened (since we had heard horror stories from friends during their own experience with other companies).
We were also doing all of this pregnant and during COVID - I had so many requests to ensure safety and Jon had absolutely no issues following through with any request. We had been quarantining outside of Philadelphia and Jon had no difficulty being our representative if an in-person presence was needed (for example, on the second walk through post inspection updates).
