Falls of Schuylkill Library — Attraction in Philadelphia

I was without a computer for two weeks and needed the library computer to print out my shipping labels. I have an online shop. It was difficult to do all my business in one sitting. I usually had to return home for a forgotten password or other information details or reconfigure shipping, ect and come back. I was chastised every time I asked for a second session, even though there was no one else in there on the computers. Well, once the curly headed guy with his own desk was helpful and understanding. But the women behind the main desk were rude and condescending. “Do you think you can go home and get all your papers this time?” I’m 61 years old yet spoken to as if I was a child by someone half my age. Guess what? I’d give my left nut not to have to come in there more than once. Sooorrry! Even though I explained I’d have to come back, yada, yada, nothing could soften the blow of a returning computer user. Ugly faces and bad attitudes greeted me upon return. Yes, I got a second session but never without an attitude. They were dogmatic, not seeing the rules were in place to keep the computers free for others yet there were no others in there. Couldn’t see any reason to be kind and helpful with out giving me a hard time and acting like they were doing me a huge favor rather than just their job. This happened many times.
