One of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had, this place made me solidify never going to a nail “salon” again. I came here out of desperation since I had to leave for a trip the next morning and with it being a Sunday; my usual salon and other trusted ones were closed. I wanted to give it a shot because I always see this place on my way to work. When I first arrived there was no air conditioner so it was very hot and humid in the building. All I got was a gel pedicure, no designs just one color. The lady who did my nails while nice seemed very confused, as if it was her first time doing nails?? My nails were cut down at different angles and she also went crazy with the cutters! She used them to dig and pull at and around the nails to cut out dead and live skin. At one point she even cut the skin above my cuticle! Idk if they were rushing or what. The polish dried down bumpy and I didn’t realize till the next day that the polish WAS NOT FULLY CURED. What a perfect way to give someone contact dermatitis after cutting them. 🙄 don’t come here go to an actual nail technician who’s licensed. Waste of $45.

Had a really great experience for last minute gel manicure. I called to see if they had to wait and they seated me within 10 minutes of getting there. Mollie did my nails and she was really sweet. They have tons of return customers coming in there, and the salon is really big, it actually has two stories! I saw a lot of the acrylic and dip nails, and the designs were really really well done as well . Highly recommend (I’m super critical so it was scary to go to a new place- but I was not disappointed). Tiny 3% up charge for paying with a card. And no card tips only cash, cash app, or Venmo. My gel mani was $30. Thank you, Lavish!

I really tried to give this place a chance but this is actually ridiculous. I got my nails done and in the first week TWO nails broke. I went back each time to get them fixed and the same man did them. TWO more nails broke the second week!!! Mind you I broke them doing simple things like laundry and opening a zip lock bag. If you want your nails to last DO NOT COME HERE!

I started going to this salon when it first opened and Lee did my nails. She was kind and gentle and always did what was best for my nails. However Lee stopped doing nails and therefore I switched to another nail tech there.

At first, it was fine. As the regular visits went on, their attitudes made me feel like I was a burden, and not a customer.

Fast forward one of my last visits my experience with them was when the tech continued to take off my gel polish with the electric sander (the entire polish not just the top layer). She chose this route because it was easier and more time efficient for the salon. It didn’t matter that my nails were becoming so weak from it. Rather than taking the time to wrap the nail.

This method made my nails extremely soft and weak. When I brought it to their attention and asked them not to use the sander due to the condition and soreness of my nails, they became extremely annoyed and began speaking Vietnamese to one another while the other workers peered at me.

Finally I spoke up and told them “NO, I asked you not to use the sander on my nails!” To which they then turned it around on me saying I seemed mad when I walked in the door.

Needless to say, this was my final visit with the salon!! Never ever again would I give them...
