I went here on Saturday with my husband and I was expecting something completely different. When I watched a food critic review this place, the place seemed alot more lively. This place was not. No where did it say where you order your stuff so I went to the first window where the menus were listed. The gentleman let me know in nice way that this area was for fish orders only and all other orders at the trailer. So I went to the other trailer but since it was crowded, I waited a few min to order. Then after the other gentleman with the beard was finished situating who ordered what with the cook, I then was able to place my order. I was told it would take 25-30min which I understood because they were severely short staffed. While we are waiting, my husband and I realize that there is only 1 table and 10 people besides ourselves at the stand so we needed to figure out where we were going to eat. My husband went down the street to the brewery and they told him, "Yes, you can bring your food here." Once my loaded fries were finished, which had to be taken back b/c the cook did not realize they were supposed to be loaded fries, my husband left to get us a table. My husband's order, however took another 10min to make and the cook asked me 3 times what exactly the order was. Then once I got his cheesesteak, I had to remind the cook that I also ordered a water and lemonade. He quickly grabbed them and I was on my way. My fries were ok all things considered but the chicken pieces were too big. My husband did not like his cheesesteak and threw away the other half. I understand we all get busy. The cook had an order of 10-12 items before us and we were fine with waiting. What I was not ok with were: a) lack of seating b) not knowing my order, c) having to remind them I needed all of my order and d) my husband not fully enjoying his meal. This was not a pleasant experience. I gave them 2 stars for effort and because my fries were ok. But would I return to this place? No. Would I recommend it to others? No. Saturdays are a great money making day and to have only 3 staff members is not a great idea. I try very hard to be a pleasant person and not act entitled. I just think you should do better. Especially on a weekend afternoon. Thank you.

I put my order in at 10 am this morning for 3:30 pm I received a text that my order would be ready by 3:17 , pick up was easy. I even received a free lemonade from the chef from the next truck over. The ordering process was quick and easy . Everything was good, I would show the end results but I am a lil bit embarrassed I ripped through that seafood as if it was the last supper šŸ˜‚. I ordered the crabs with shrimp and mussels šŸ¤™ Thank you to the chefs I enjoyed everything 😁 I will be going back to try the Salmon Cheesesteak and another lemonade šŸ‹ drink

Amazing all around and super affordable. Glad we finally tried it as we live nearby, will definitely be back. Great platter options, great flavor, great people. Definitely recommend. FYI, we already tried a few things before we took the food pic

INCREDIBLE experience!! We drove 2 hours to Philly as a big group of 12 to do a Halal Food Crawl (eat a small portion of something cheesesteak at multiple places to compare). To start, this place serves all halal meats. So we got 3 sandwiches here and asked for it to be cut into fourths instead of half so we can all try it(cashier guy said they were really busy, but was willing to do so). NOW.. let me tell yall bout these CHEESESTEAKS!!😱 They were HEAVENLY… so much so ,that we ended up ordering 3 more sandwiches and the basket of shrimp and fries to try. Our entire group all agreed that it was hands down THE BEST cheesesteak we had!!! The meat was beautifully melded with just the right amount of cheese and you can really taste that it’s a good quality cheese used AND that fresh amazing bread they used was really able to soak in just enough of the flavor. The meat was premium quality and they loaded the meat up GOOD to create a perfect balance. The brother (Nas?) that works there was an absolute gem and made our experience even more top notch than it already was, even gave us some drinks and such to try on the house. The mango lemonade was so delicious and refreshing with the cheesesteak! We were absolutely mind blown and even the picky kids of our group ended up completely satisfied. May this business find endless success and they be rewarded 10 fold iA. We are thrilled to have discovered this place and can’t wait to go back when we head to Philly. Next time, we won’t be food crawling and will just head straight here because it stole First Place by a long shot!! Can’t wait to try everything else on the menu! Apparently the Salmon Cheesesteak was the stand out menu item, but we were too full with the classic ones we inhaled. Can’t wait to go back and try it! This is that place that I’ll be taking my friends and family who visit ,for one of those incredible local eat spots! Recommendation: More tables because I can tell this place is going...

We used The Corner to provide food for a small family gathering of about 15 people. We had cheesesteaks, salmon steaks, wings, collards and macaroni and cheese delivered. Believe me this is one of Phillies greatest secrets. The cheesesteaks are among the best I’ve ever eaten, period! Everybody raved about the food. And my family knows good eats. The meat and the bread is super high quality and fresh. Same for the salmon steaks. And the WINGS! Killer. Delicious smoked flavor cooked to perfection on the grill. Look, I can go on and on but I don’t want to sound like I’m being paid for this review, but I will close this review by saying them greens is for real and so was the Mac and cheese. This place the a legit Philly cheesesteak joint and...
