Sadly I moved away a little over a year ago, but I still use ARS as the standard for a small craft brewery. This place is simply perfection. Everything about it. The staff, the location, the art, the atmosphere. I miss coming here with my wife every week. I miss celebrating our milestones, I miss seeing our friends, I miss talking with the bartenders and staff, I miss making new friends with others that share my love for the brewery, I miss ordering to-go cans every week during the pandemic and tipping extra to help support them, I miss Ramble Pizza, and most of all - I miss the amazing beers. Literally every single beer. Over a four-year period I had to have tried at least 30 or 40 different ARS beers. We parked a few blocks away on our first visit, and we were a little surprised by the location and inconspicuous facade. However, the beers do not disappoint. They truly crush the hazy, juicy IPA trend, and add a little originality without a heap of fruit or sweetness.
They seating area is small and it’s truly no frills; no music or tall stack of games. They are dog friendly, and offer the occasional food truck and a small menu of snacks. Highly recommend for true...
