This company is honestly a HOT mess. Employees have reported mice running through the shop, and the owners are known for yelling nonstop. You might think youāre getting a deal, but be warned: at least 75% of what you order will have serious flawsāholes, broken zippers, stains, bad smells, loose or missing labels⦠I even received an item with a large period stain. Absolutely disgusting.
Over the holidays, I ordered 20 items and received only three. The other 17 were ālostā in their warehouse. And for some reason their items never track properly in the platform.
Yes, they technically allow returns, but itās clear they HEAVILY rely on customers not bothering. Listings have zero descriptions, size tags are often deliberately hidden /tucked under in photos, and they never mention flaws. For a long time, they even falsely labeled very used items as ānew with tagsā. Thatās one of the only things theyāve slightly improved on.
Iām a reseller, which is the only reason Iāve tolerated this for so longābut even Iāve had enough. Itās simply too much of a headache to constantly return defective items. And if I were thinking of consigning my own clothing with them, Iād run the other direction.
I really wish eBay would step in. This store reflects poorly on the entire platform, and itās time they were held...

Selling used and/or new clothing & accessories is a very time consuming, unpredictable, and an ever evolving profession. Unfortunately as hard as we try, we canāt make everyone happy! I will say as a buyer, make sure to zoom in on pictures (from any seller) to see flaws, and understand that the staff works tirelessly to ensure these items are accessible and generally easy to purchase! As a consigner (aside from rare or extremely high end item), have confidence that while you may occasionally receive less than you thought for your items, you are also earning TIME. Side note to consigners; thank you so very much!! Often your items are going to a population that could otherwise not afford to have these nice things! In relation to business clothing, dress pants, skirts, blazers, jeans etc. they have helped me and the people I serve with employment and overall confidence!! Ā Ā Ā Read moreI received an item (Celine bag Ebay reference 313402229036) which was not according the item description on Ebay, the bag was damaged inside and outside which was neither visible on any of the pictures listed on Ebay. They confirmed this and I could return the bag for a full refund. But I cannot receive a return label and they want me to arrange return shipment and to pay for this, UPS return cost is USD 70 from The Netherlands to their USA warehouse. And besides that I've paid EURO 103,11 (is approx. USD 125) import duties for a bag which is not conform I've ordered so this means a loss of USD 195 for me!!!! They do not respond to to my messages anymore. They do not take any responsibility and would not recommend to purchase from them.
Status a few weeks later:
T his company does not take any responsibility for their mistake. I've paid EUR 103,11 import duties and had to pay EUR 42,88 to UPS for return shipment. So total I've paid EUR 330 for a damaged bag and had to pay EUR 145,99 extra cost do total EUR 421 for a bag which has been returned and so far no compensation! Company does not respond at all! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND...
